Covered source & licence
This is the exact locked, unmodified upstream certifi source archive. It contains the complete package: Python wrappers, certificate data, metadata and tests. Release engineering verifies the conveyed wrappers and data against the matching source.
The original applicable MPL-2.0 notice is supplied as LICENSE alongside the archive and inside it. SOURCE-INFO.txt identifies the source and licence; SHA256SUMS.txt records checksums.
Installed & release material
The MSI includes and installs the source material under ThirdPartySource/certifi/ relative to the installation root, so private/offline recipients have it without a network connection.
Release engineering places the same material in certifi-source/ beside installer/ and in the separate EmlContacts-0.1.0-certifi-source.zip. That ZIP is a delivery bundle; the SHA-256 above identifies the upstream archive inside it.
Certifi MPL source delivery is implemented. Public website publication remains OPEN.
Public website file status
Not yet published. The matching public source artifact will be made available with the corresponding public EML Contacts release.
