Source delivery & publication
Relevant notices and source material accompany offline/private installers. The installed product contains THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt.
Public distribution will provide the identical matching source package directly beside the corresponding binary release. Immutable binary/source release pairs will be retained.
Actual public source publication and external HTTPS verification belong to the later, authorised publication step, after the matching release candidate is settled.
